Meet the Team

ANDREA

Andrea is passionate about the intersection of people and operations, and believes that combining people and process drives key strategic outcomes. She has a Master’s degree in Nonprofit and Association Management and is SHRM-CP certified. She has a decade of experience working with nonprofit leadership and has spent the last 10 years in people management and Human Resources positions.

JANINE

 

Janine is an all-around operations guru, with over 25 years providing operations support to companies in Research Triangle Park. She has a Project Management Professional (PMP)®  certification and has spent the last five years in high level project management in the government contract and technology fields.

  • What types of service plans do you offer?

    We offer flexible structures and options to meet the needs of your specific project. For pricing specifics, please reach out to us at contact@mavericksolutionsnc.com. 

    • Pay By The Hour - Do you have multiple projects that don’t have a concrete completion date? Pay by the hour for the work you need, when you need it. 
    • Pay By The Project - Pay a flat rate for completion of a specific project. The total project cost is based on the estimated number of hours required to complete.
    • Retainer Support - Pay a flat monthly rate for retainer support based on the number of hours of support you need a month. 

  • Do you offer a sliding scale?

    Yes! We offer a sliding scale for nonprofit organizations based on organizational budget size. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We strive to be available when you need us. We are available for standard business hours, and are also available on nights and weekends if your project dictates it.
